Best For

Experience

A heated, prickling sensation as the laser creates micro-channels in the skin. Numbing cream is applied for comfort.

 

Results

Smoother texture and brighter skin are visible after the first week of healing with resurfacing settings. With scar-focused sessions, deeper refinement continues for 2–3 months as collagen remodels.

Best if you want visible skin resurfacing — improving texture, softening scars, refining pores, or addressing deeper lines through controlled renewal.

  • Resurfacing: Can be booked every 3–4 months to maintain smoothness and clarity. Often 1–2 sessions are sufficient, with yearly touch-ups.

  • Scar correction / deeper lines: Typically 1–3 sessions spaced 4–6 months apart, depending on depth and healing response.
  • Resurfacing settings: Expect 3–5 days of redness, flaking, and sensitivity. Makeup can usually be resumed after day 3.

  • Scar correction settings: Expect 5–7 days of downtime with redness, peeling, and pinpoint scabbing. Healing creams, hydration, and strict sun avoidance are critical.

Stop retinoids, acids, and exfoliants 1–2 weeks prior. Avoid sun exposure.

This Edit uses fractional CO₂ technology to create controlled micro-injuries that stimulate skin regeneration, collagen remodeling, and resurfacing. Lower settings refresh skin texture and tone, while higher settings correct scars and deeper lines.

Not suitable if you are:

  • Pregnant or breastfeeding
  • Using isotretinoin within the last 6 months
  • Prone to keloid or hypertrophic scarring
  • Experiencing active eczema, dermatitis, or skin infection
  • Within 3 months of deep laser resurfacing or chemical peels
  • Fitzpatrick VI skin type (very high risk of post-inflammatory pigmentation; assessment required)

Please postpone if you are:

  • Recently tanned or sunburned
  • Within 7 days of Botox or 2–4 weeks of filler
