The Edit Approach to Lemon-Lipo

Lemon-Lipo is reserved for small, localized fat pockets that do not fully respond to non-invasive sculpting alone. It is used selectively, often after energy-based contouring, to refine specific areas rather than replace broader sculpting methods.

 

Areas

Applicable areas include the submental (double chin) region, arms, abdomen, thighs, and flanks. Each booking includes one full vial (10 mL) of Lemon Bottle fat dissolving solution used exclusively for one client in a single session.

Larger or thicker areas may require additional full vials per session(see Dosing & Booking below).

 

SAFETY STANDARD

Vials are never split, shared between clients, or carried over to another appointment. Each Lemon Bottle vial is opened, used in full, and discarded within the same session for a single client.


Injectable fat-dissolving treatments are also not performed in the same session or treatment area as RF or HIFU, as stacking these modalities increases safety risks.


Experience

A quick series of micro-injections into the fat layer. Mild stinging, swelling, or tenderness may occur but is generally well tolerated.


Results

Reduction begins within 2–3 weeks, with visible slimming and contouring after a series. Repeat sessions enhance definition, leaving treated areas noticeably leaner and more sculpted.

Each booking includes 1 full vial (10 mL) of Lemon Bottle. The amount used per area depends on fat thickness, density, and treatment goals and is assessed in person on the day of treatment.

A single vial may be distributed across one or more areas within the same session when appropriate. If additional coverage is required, additional full vials may be added during the session. For safety and protocol compliance, a maximum of 10 full vials per session applies across all treated areas.

Typical ranges per zone (for guidance only):

  • Double chin / jawline: 1–2 vials
  • Arms (per arm): 1–2 vials
  • Abdomen (upper or lower): 2–4 vials
  • Thighs (per thigh): 2–3 vials
  • Love handles / flanks (per side): 1–2 vials

Swelling, redness, or bruising in the injected area are common and may last several days. Tenderness may persist up to a week, depending on the area treated. Avoid strenuous activity, alcohol, and anti-inflammatories for 24 hours post-session. Daily hydration supports fat elimination.

Arrive well-hydrated. Avoid alcohol, blood thinners (unless prescribed), and anti-inflammatory medications for 24 hours before your session.

Lemon Bottle uses a formulation of phosphatidylcholine (PPC), deoxycholic acid, and riboflavin to break down fat cell membranes. The destroyed fat cells are metabolized naturally by the body over the following weeks, reducing volume in targeted areas.

Not suitable if you have:

  • Allergy to lipolytic ingredients
  • Bleeding disorders or are on anticoagulants
  • Active infection or bruising at the injection site
  • Pregnancy or breastfeeding

Please postpone if you have:

  • Had filler in the area within 4 weeks
  • Irritated or compromised skin at the treatment site
