AGREEMENT NOTICE
By proceeding with checkout, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to The Edit Aesthetics Client Acknowledgment, Health Declaration & Service Agreement summarized below. Completing your booking constitutes your digital signature and consent to all terms.
SUMMARY OF TERMS
1. Booking & Cancellations
- Bookings are confirmed only upon full payment.
- You may cancel or reschedule up to 3 days before your appointment without penalty.
- Cancellations or reschedules made within 3 days incur a 20% fee or ₱1,500 (whichever is higher).
- If our team is already dispatched, a ₱1,000 logistics fee applies.
- Payments are non-refundable but may be converted into transferable credits valid for 3 months (recipient must agree to this same policy).
- The Edit Aesthetics may reschedule due to illness, transport issues, or force majeure events.
2. Service Conditions
- One booking equals one client and one appointment.
- Required setup space: 3m × 2m with a nearby power outlet.
- We cannot connect to client extension cords or shared strips.
- Clients shoulder parking, village, or entry fees.
- Unsafe, unsanitary, or poorly lit environments may lead to service refusal or cancellation.
- If setup or start is delayed by the client, a ₱500 late fee per 30 minutes may apply.
- Verbal or physical abuse of staff will not be tolerated; service may be stopped immediately.
3. Health & Safety Declaration
- You are 18 years or older or have written guardian consent.
- You have disclosed all medical conditions, allergies, and medications.
- You have reviewed service contraindications listed on our website.
- You understand that our services are cosmetic, elective, and non-medical.
- Our team may refuse or discontinue service if any contraindication or unsafe condition exists.
4. Risks & Results
- Temporary redness, swelling, or irritation may occur.
- Allergic or skin reactions are possible depending on individual sensitivities.
- Results vary by skin type and lifestyle; no guarantee of outcome is made.
- You voluntarily assume all risks associated with your chosen services.
5. Aftercare
- Follow the aftercare instructions provided to maximize results and minimize side effects.
- Complications resulting from non-compliance with aftercare are your sole responsibility.
6. Media & Privacy
- Photos may be taken for internal documentation and quality control.
- Photos will not be shared publicly without your written consent.
- You may decline photography before the session.
- All personal data are processed per the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (RA 10173) and used only for booking, safety, and record-keeping.
7. Non-Solicitation
- Clients may not hire or solicit The Edit Aesthetics staff for personal or outside work.
- Any such act, or failure to report a staff solicitation, incurs ₱100,000 liquidated damages payable to The Edit Aesthetics.
8. Force Majeure & Rescheduling
- The Edit Aesthetics is not liable for delays or cancellations caused by events beyond its control, including illness, weather, transport, or power interruptions.
- Services affected by such events will be rescheduled at the soonest available time without penalty.
9. Liability Release
- You release and hold harmless The Edit Aesthetics, its owners, and staff from any injury, loss, or dissatisfaction arising from elective aesthetic services or from your failure to disclose health information.
- You understand that these are non-medical beauty procedures and not treatments for medical conditions.
10. Agreement Validity
- This agreement remains in effect for all future bookings made under your client profile unless revoked in writing.
