For safety, certain services cannot be performed on the same day or area (for example, pairing strong energy-based devices with injectables or infusions). Your provider will always advise if adjustments are necessary to ensure safety and best results.

To ensure a seamless experience, please prepare both yourself and your space before your appointment.

Before your session:

• Avoid sunburn, waxing, exfoliating, or active skincare treatments 3–5 days before your Edit.
• Arrive with clean skin — no makeup, creams, or self-tanner.
• Inform us beforehand of any recent aesthetic procedures, medications, or skin sensitivities.

Prepare your space:

• Choose an area of at least 3m x 2m with a direct power outlet within two meters.
• Ensure proper lighting, ventilation, and a clutter-free space free of pets and distractions.
• If your residence requires entry permits, gate passes, or building clearance, please secure these prior to your appointment.
• If you prefer not to have male personnel (driver) enter your premises, please ensure a household staff member or representative is available to assist our female service providers with heavier equipment.

Edit Aesthetics is a home-service only aesthetics studio.

We bring everything needed — professional grade machines, treatment beds, tools, and consumables — directly to you.

Setup takes approximately 10–15 minutes, and most sessions last 45–90 minutes, depending on your chosen Edit.

Before beginning, your provider will confirm your health declaration and review your selected services.

We strive to deliver a calm, private, and professional experience with the same standards as a luxury studio environment — at home.

We currently serve all cities within Metro Manila.

Clients located just outside Metro Manila may be accommodated on a case-by-case basis, subject to schedule and logistics.

All appointments must be fully paid at checkout to confirm your booking.

Each time slot corresponds to one client and one consent form.

Payments are non-refundable but may be converted to transferable credits under our terms.

There are no additional delivery or logistics fees — all services include full equipment transport, setup, and disinfection at your location within Metro Manila.

Your booking includes complimentary logistics and setup anywhere within Metro Manila.

If a session is canceled or refused after our team has already traveled or arrived, a ₱1,000 logistics and mobilization fee will apply, in addition to the standard cancellation fee, to cover travel and setup costs.

You may cancel or reschedule up to three (3) days before your appointment without penalty.

Cancellations or reschedules made within three days of your booking will incur a 20% administrative fee or ₱1,500, whichever is higher.

If our team has already traveled or arrived at your location prior to cancellation, the ₱1,000 logistics and mobilization fee will also apply.

Credits from cancellations are valid for three (3) months from the original date and are transferable provided the new recipient signs The Edit Aesthetics’ waiver before service.

All payments are final and non-refundable, including cancellations and rebookings.

Unused balances may be converted into service credits valid for three (3) months from the original schedule.

We follow strict standards of product integrity and sanitation.

• Each vial, booster, or serum is freshly opened and used for one client only — never diluted, split, or reused.
• All consumables and tools are FDA-registered and professionally disinfected after every session.
• Our “one vial, one client” policy ensures complete safety and transparency in every treatment.

Your service area must have a clear 3m x 2m space and a direct power outlet within two meters.

For safety, we do not connect to client extension cords or shared power strips, as some devices require up to 3000 watts through a regulated source.

Clients are responsible for parking, village, or building entry fees and ensuring timely access for our team.

If access delays occur, a ₱500 late fee per 30 minutes may apply, or the appointment may be canceled under the standard cancellation and logistics policy.

Proper post-service care is key to great results.

We’ll provide tailored aftercare guidance for your chosen Edit.

Avoid sun exposure, heat, intense workouts, or active skincare for at least 24 hours after treatment.

The Edit Aesthetics is not liable for complications arising from failure to follow aftercare instructions.

Our services are elective aesthetic procedures designed for cosmetic enhancement and self-care.

Mild redness, swelling, or sensitivity may occur and subside naturally.

Results vary by individual skin type, lifestyle, and adherence to aftercare, and cannot be guaranteed.

We may take before-and-after photos for internal documentation and progress tracking.

These images will never be shared publicly without your explicit written consent.

You may decline photography at any time before your session.

Clients may not privately hire or contract The Edit Aesthetics service providers.

Violations are subject to ₱100,000 in liquidated damages.

If a provider solicits private work, please inform us immediately.

In cases of illness, weather disruptions, or transport delays, Edit Aesthetics may reschedule appointments without penalty.

We will notify you promptly and prioritize your rebooking.

Our team follows strict safety standards but does not provide emergency medical care.

For any medical emergency, please seek immediate assistance from a licensed physician or facility.

All personal and health information is handled in compliance with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (RA 10173).

Your data is used solely for booking, safety, and record purposes, and will never be shared without your consent.
